It depends on the programs involved, the steps, the volumes and the support you want, that's why there is no single price on the site, once we have seen the process we tell you the figure and that figure stays
No, the service runs on a monthly subscription set before the rollout
No, we explain any new features or work outside the plan and you approve them before they become a cost
Every process has checks, stops, logs and confirmation requests when the data is unclear, if something does not add up it stops instead of carrying on
Small changes to the screens are covered by maintenance under the plan you chose, it's one of the reasons the service is a subscription
