I'm Antonio, and Muffin Suite is me

I write the automations myself, I answer the messages myself, there's no salesperson in between

A small operation, and I'll say so right away

Muffin Suite is an Italian micro business, and the person who runs it is me, Antonio Fuccillo, from Nove in the province of Vicenza

When you write on WhatsApp or send an email, the person on the other side is me, the same person who then opens the editor and writes the automation you'll use

Why you won't find client logos here

We started recently, and I have no clients to show yet

I could fill the site with fake logos, with quotes that have no name under them or with made up percentages, but that would be the fastest way to lose your trust the day you notice

So here you find only real things, first name and surname, VAT number, address and phone number, plus the commitments I put in writing before we start

What I promise you in writing

  • We agree the monthly fee before the rollout, and it stays that way
  • No extra cost without you having approved it
  • I don't ask you to replace your software, I automate what you already use
  • If I look at your process and automating it isn't worth it, I tell you

How I work

I start from the work you do every day, not from the code

You show me the process, we look together at how many hours it takes away and what it costs, we decide where checks and confirmations are needed, and only then do I build the system on your rules

Being small comes with an honest limit, I can't follow twenty companies at once

The questions we usually get

Antonio Fuccillo, on his own, Muffin Suite is a one-person micro business, so the person who reads your message, the person who looks at your process and the person who writes the automation are the same person, with no salespeople and no handovers
Because Muffin Suite started recently and has no clients to name yet, putting up fake logos or made up numbers would be the quickest way to lose your trust, so what you find is a real first name, surname, VAT number, address and phone number
Yes, with a limit stated openly, Antonio Fuccillo can't follow twenty companies at once, in exchange the person who knows your process is also the person who fixes it, with no need to explain everything again to a new technician every time
No, Muffin Suite automates the business software you already use, the system opens the screens the way an operator would, and it works on programs with no direct integration too
Antonio Fuccillo tells you so, looking at the process together and working out how many hours it takes away is also a way to find out that automation makes no sense, in that case it's better to say it before we start than to find out later, you can work out the hours
No, the monthly fee is agreed before the rollout and stays that way, it covers development, use, support, fixes and maintenance, and no extra cost turns up without you having approved it, the term and the conditions are set out in the contract
