In the warehouse the goods move, the documents sit still on the desk

Orders arriving by email, delivery notes (DDT) to record, tracking to check, item records to keep aligned, they are hours somebody spends copying data from one screen to another

A system can do those steps, inside the business software you already use

Warehouse racking with pallets and a loading list held in someone's hand

Where the time goes, every day

In logistics the manual work is never one single thing, it's twenty small things that put together eat half a day of somebody's time

  • Orders arriving by email or as PDFs, to be typed into the business software by hand, one at a time
  • Orders arriving from the customer's portal, where someone logs in, downloads and re-enters them
  • Delivery notes to record on arrival, with item codes and quantities to compare against the order
  • Supplier notes that use his codes and not yours, with the match sitting in an Excel sheet
  • Shipments to load onto the courier's portal, address by address, with the labels to print
  • Tracking numbers to carry back into the business software and to send to the customer who asks for them
  • Tracking to check in the morning to work out what has arrived, what is late, what has come back
  • Item records and price lists to update when the supplier sends the new file
  • The triangle of order, delivery and invoice, which someone compares by eye line by line

What you can hand over to the system

These are examples of what can be built, not jobs already delivered, we look at your case together before saying anything at all

The system opens the same screens your office opens, reads the email or the PDF of the order, pulls out customer, items, quantities and requested date, then goes into the business software and enters the lines

On incoming delivery notes it reads the document, compares the quantities with the open order, and records the goods receipt, if a code doesn't match or the quantity is different it doesn't guess, it stops and leaves the case to a person

On couriers it does the round the other way, it takes the shipments ready in the business software, fills in the portal, downloads the label and carries the tracking back onto the right line, then every morning it reads the statuses again and prepares your list of what didn't go through

On item records it takes the supplier's file, compares it with what you have in the system, and updates only what has really changed, setting aside the new or odd lines for you to look at

The customer's portal has no integration at all

It happens often, and in most cases it isn't a problem, the system uses the portal the way one of your operators would, it logs in, clicks, reads and downloads

Same for the business software, even if it's old, even if it has no decent exports, even if you have worked on it for twenty years, you don't replace it and we don't touch it

When the peak arrives

November volume isn't July volume, and manual hours grow along with the orders, a system that works on its own absorbs the peak without you having to find someone in November, and the people you have stay on the things where they are really needed, the customer calling to know where his pallet is, the delivery that came back, the supplier to chase

What I promise you before we start

We agree the monthly fee before the rollout and that's the figure, no extra costs without you approving them, and no software to replace

I'm Antonio Fuccillo, I write the automations myself and I answer the messages myself, if you show me a flow I'll tell you whether it can be done, and if I think it isn't worth it I'll tell you that too

What people usually ask us

No, Muffin Suite works inside the business software you already use, opening the same screens your office opens, even if the program is old and has no convenient exports, you don't replace it and we don't touch it
No, in most cases that isn't a problem, Muffin Suite uses the portal the way one of your operators would, it logs in, clicks, reads and downloads what is needed, programs with no direct integration are the house specialty
The system stops, when an item code doesn't match or the quantity is different Muffin Suite doesn't guess, it leaves the case to someone in your office to decide, a doubt never turns into a wrong entry
Yes, a system that works on its own absorbs the peak without you having to find someone in November, manual hours grow along with the orders, the hours of an automation don't, and the people you have stay on the things where they are needed
It depends on the flow, Muffin Suite agrees the monthly fee with you before the rollout and that figure stays, with no large upfront cost and no extra costs you haven't approved, to know the figure we need to see the round you do by hand
